From the moment you step into West Lawrence Dentistry, you immediately feel the welcoming energy! Donna at the front desk is an absolute powerhouse—efficient, friendly, attentive, and I genuinely felt seen and understood. Working alongside her is Caitlin, who is incredibly capable, disarmingly personable, and adds wonderfully to the front office team, ensuring everything runs smoothly based on my experience. Carrie, the hygienist, is outstandingly skilled and professional. Her calm presence and expertise immediately put me at ease, helping even the most anxious patients relax effortlessly. The dark horse is Dr. Albert. He brings the chillest vibe to dentistry—knowledgeable, approachable, and he makes you feel comfortable and confident about your care. Truly, no mountain too high. Overall, the entire team at West Lawrence Dentistry provides a phenomenal dental experience. Highly recommend.

I have a lot I could say about West Lawrence Dentistry. They honestly took such good care of me. I have an anxiety disorder and a pretty bad fear of the dentist, as well as a fairly tight budget. They were accommodating to ALL of those things. In 2021 I had a huge filling done out of state that has hurt since I got it. I put it off for years until it got SO out of control. The fastest I was able to get in for a root canal elsewhere was 6 weeks.. That's when I was told by the office manager Donna that West Lawrence Dentistry could get me in in the next 3 days! I went in scared and told them my history, and Doctor Doshi was so kind, calm, and understanding. She let me know it could take 3-4 hours for the root canal, but she got it done in about 1.5 hours and then got my crown on! She listened to the shade I wanted for my crown, my reasoning, answered all of my questions, and was so validating. Her and her assistant Dustin took good care of me and took the time to make sure I understood everything and was doing alright. Afterwards, Donna set up my payment plan and worked with me. Other dentists set up a three month payment plan... West Lawrence Dentistry was able to extend my payment plan for a year, which was SO helpful. They also are working with my favorite charity called Charity Water, and take 100$ off your bill for every 30$ you donate... it's really a win win situation. I was worried that they would be way out of my price range, but they weren't. And they didn't make me feel judged for not being able to pay the whole thing up front (which I have experienced before other places.) I even followed up once the numbing worn off to tell them how happy I was with it because I am pain free for the first time in years, and they were happy to hear from me! I feel like they actually care and didn't just try and herd me through like cattle. One day post root canal, and I feel SO much better. I've been recommending them to my friends, absolutely. Especially my friends with anxiety. It's feels so good to go to a NICE dentist and feel like it's actually financially an option for me.

I had the best experience with my treatment. Dr. Doshi and staff made me feel extremely comfortable!! I would recommend this office to anyone wanting a positive, professional and painless experience.
